Dany leads Aon’s Global Benefits Group on the West Coast. Dany provides a broad range of global consulting services:

• Conducting benefit reviews focusing on inventory, benchmarking and compliance.
  
• Supervising all phases of multi-country mergers from due diligence to harmonization of benefit programs.
  
• Advising on the review, design and implementation of multinational pools.
  
• Consolidating FAS87/158 results from non-US defined benefit plans. 
  
• Implementing and reviewing global benefit plan (e.g., umbrella life insurance, global medical)
  

Dany has over 18 years of experience in the area of pensions and benefits with an emphasis on international and cross-border issues.  Prior to focusing on global benefit issues, Dany acquired an extensive knowledge of the Canadian legal and actuarial issues surrounding pension and benefits programs.  He worked in Canada and the US as a domestic pension consultant in a leading consulting firm and as a pension and benefits lawyer for one of Canada’s leading employment and labor law firms representing clients on the full range of legal issues relating to pension and benefits.
